SHIPPING COSTS

For orders over €50.00 shipping is free.
For orders under €50.00 the shipping cost is €6.00.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.

After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website for payment. On the PayPal website, you can pay with your credit card by clicking on the link “Don’t have a PayPal account?”.

General Provisions

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, “General Conditions”) apply to all sales of products (hereinafter, “Products” or “Product”) purchased through the ingleseglutenfreeb2b.com website.

The use of the distance selling service described in these General Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers, understood as natural persons who act for purposes unrelated to their commercial, business or professional activity.

The Customer is required to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions that have been made available on the Website; and is also advised to save and print this information pursuant to Art. 12 of Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003.

Contracts concluded with Gaia S.p.A. (as defined below) through the Website are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (“Consumer Code”) and by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003.

In the event that one or more products are not available in stock after receipt of the order, Gaia S.p.A. will send an email to inform the Customer of the lack of products in stock, the Customer may confirm the order or have the right to cancel it within 24 hours of receiving the notice. In the absence of a response within this period, Gaia S.p.A. will have the right to proceed with the shipment of the order and will issue a voucher to the Customer equal to the amount of the products that cannot be supplied.

We invite you to IMMEDIATELY report any breakage and/or missing packages on the delivery document and on the courier’s delivery slip.
We are not liable for any shortcomings or breakages detected after signing the delivery document.

Right of cancellation

Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase contract for any reason, with no need of explanation and without incurring any penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Gaia S.p.A. thereof within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This notice must be sent via registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to:

Or by email to amministrazione@gaia-glutenfree.com also within the aforementioned period of 10 days and followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Once the aforementioned notice of cancellation has been received, the customer will be informed of the instructions on how to return the goods that must be received at our warehouses within 10 days of authorisation.

The right of cancellation is subject to the following conditions:

1. The right of cancellation applies to the product purchased in its entirety; therefore, the right of cancellation cannot be exercised for only one part of the product purchased.

2. By law, the shipping costs for return of the goods shall be borne by the customer.

3. The delivery remains the responsibility of the customer until certified receipt of the goods in our warehouse.

4. Gaia S.p.A. is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.

5. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Gaia S.p.A. shall notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow them to file a complaint against the courier and obtain a refund of the value of the goods if insured. In this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return at the same time cancelling the cancellation request.

Gaia S.p.A. will reimburse the customer for the entire amount already paid, within 30 days from the return of the goods, by means of a transfer procedure of the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. The customer shall promptly provide the details of the bank to which the transfer is to be made (the ABI – CAB – Current Account of the holder).
